We'll fill your basic AV/equipment needs at no extra cost - set up included! See Forms for Meeting Room Worksheet and full list of available equipment.
- Gymnasium – main meeting room for 175-300 (must have minimum number for Gym Meeting Room use).
- A-frame Chapel - main meeting room for up to 175
- Lodge - main meeting and game room for up to 100
- Timothy - small group classroom for up to 50
- Welcome Center Meeting Room - small group classroom for up to 30
- Ruth/Lydia - small group classrooms for up to 30
Recreation Areas
Enjoy our rec areas, all included in the cost of your retreat!
- Full sized Gym open 24/7 with indoor volleyball and basketball courts
- Lodge open 24/7 with fireplace, game tables (ping pong, pool, foosball) when not used as a main meeting space
- Soccer field, baseball diamond, sand volleyball and tennis courts
- Dining Hall with coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar available 24/7
Extra Activities
Schedule some additional activities for your group to enjoy! Not all activities are available in all seasons. Contact us for availability and scheduling. Please note that activities need to be scheduled at least 10 days prior to your retreat in order to be included in your event.
- Challenge Course $35/hour
- Rockwall (Indoor or Outdoor) $30/hour
- Snow Tubing $20/hour
- Kayaking/Canoeing $50/hour
- Swimming $30/hour
- Large Group Game $25/game (professional program staff run the game for you. Some games require extra fee for materials)
- Archery $40/hour
- Riflery $40/hour
- Boat Rides $24/20 minutes (Standard boat capacity is 7-9 people)
- Paintball (Field Fee) $25/person*
- Paintball (Extra Paint) $5/100 rounds*
- Tubing/Water Skiing $6/person/ride*
Tickets for marked activities (*) must be purchased by individuals in the Welcome Center, our main office. All other activities will be billed to the final invoice for the retreat.
