Seasonal Staff
Serve at Berea all year! Every August Berea hires 4-5 Seasonal Staff to work the Berea Retreat season from September – May. Enjoy life in the White Mountains – skiing, snowboarding, snowshoe, hiking, other winter/fall activities – while serving thousands of guests and participating in the life-changing mission of Berea. Full Time Staff
Operations Coordinator: A dedicated individual with the ability to lead, facilitate, organize, train and work alongside our seasonal and summer maintenance staff. This person is customer service minded and would be responsible for the general maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping and overall cleanliness of the property. This person would assist the Operations Director and act on his behalf in his absence.
General knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance and repairs is ideal. Experience using Microsoft Office preferred. This person must be a proficient communicator with all guests and staff. This person must have a clean driving record and be willing to work towards First Aid and CPR certifications once employed by Camp Berea. Overall, this person must have the heart of a servant and the willingness to lead by example.
This is a full time position with an hourly rate and benefits. Start date September 2nd, 2013.
