Doug Fields
Driven by his passion for ministry and a driving commitment to help youth workers, Doug has been serving on the front lines of youth ministry and creating helpful tools for youth workers all over the world since 1979. He has been at Saddleback Church since 1992, serves as President of Simply Youth Ministry, and has been a Youth Specialties Associate since 1985. He is also the author of over 50 books including The Purpose Given Youth Ministry and Your First Two Years in Youth Ministry. He is a committed husband and father of three.
Doug Fields & Duffy Robbins
Both Doug and Duffy have had the privilege of speaking to teenagers every week for over 30 years. Doug is the founder of Simply Youth Ministry and a veteran youth pastor who was most recently at Saddleback Church in Southern California for 18 years. He has authored over 50 books—including Speaking to Teenagers with Duffy Robbins. Duffy is a Professor of Youth Ministry of Eastern University in St. Davids, Pennsylvania. When Duffy isn’t teaching, he’s speaking at Seminars and workshops all over the world. In addition to his speaking ministry, Duffy has authored 17 youth ministry books and textbooks.

A frequent contributor to Youtletter, Youthworker Journal, Campus Life and Group Magazines, Duffy is also the author of nine books including "The Ministry of Nurture: A Youth Worker's Guide to Discipling Teenagers."
Jeffery Dean
Understanding that youth long for something more than what this world can offer, Jeffrey Dean seeks to engage, empower and equip youth to follow Jesus and pursue a relationship with Him. He focuses on youth culture to communicate Christ's love in a captivating, convicting way and works with ministries and organizations all over the country such as Josh McDowell Ministries and local Boys and Girls clubs.
Nate Parks
Director of Berea, Nate Parks is a dynamic leader and speaker. He is also a dedicated consultant, and mentor who enjoys meeting with leaders to support them in their lives and ministries. Nate loves to talk strategy and vision and his personality is defined by energy and enthusiasm.
After being born in Texas, his family moved to Minnesota where he spent the first five years of his life before his family moved to Spain as missionaries. He has been to 40 countries and can read, write and speak Spanish fluently. Nate’s interests range from outdoor activities and most sports to more intellectual pursuits like chess and personal study.
Nate holds a BA in Bible and Youth Ministry and an MBA. He has also been married to his amazing wife, Heidi, for over 16 years. They are blessed with three fun, unique and energetic kids. His life is full with family and ministry and keeps him on his toes – at different times you can catch him driving his bike, mini-van, or motorcycle. Nate’s greatest passion in life is to be a good steward of the gifts and blessings God has given him.

Runks was a Youth Minister for 7 years and in 1998 began traveling the country sharing his message of hope and freedom to teenagers, college students, and adults. He holds a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and resides in Levelland, Texas with his wife Joanna, and their two kids, Elli and Nick.
Sam Bhatt
As a youth pastor for a number of years, Sam Bhatt has a strong heart for students and a desire to serve them. His riveting storytelling engages students as he humorously takes them through the issues they face, igniting them to pursue passionately the strength they can find in Jesus Christ. Sam attended Emmaus Bible College in Dubuque, Iowa.

His fourteen-plus years of youth ministry experience include three highly successful local church ministries and work with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. His unique blend of humor and powerful application makes him one of America's best student communicators.
Travis Crim
An exciting, energetic speaker, Travis Crim uses humor and practical application to teach Biblical truth to students in a way that is relevant to teen culture today. He has worked with youth for over 15 years and is currently on staff with Dash Student Leadership, Inc. Travis lives with his family in Los Angeles, where he is involved in outreach in the entertainment industry.
